Haag-Streit USA and Marco Lombart Launch Octopus 910 Perimeter in US

Haag-Streit USA, in partnership with Marco Lombart, its exclusive U.S. distributor for the Octopus perimetry range, has launched the Octopus 910 projection perimeter in the United States. The device made its U.S. debut at the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) 2026 conference, held October 10-12 in New Orleans.

The Octopus 910 is designed for glaucoma management, supporting assessments across all disease stages. It offers a comprehensive toolkit including Cluster Analysis, Stimulus V testing, and Polar Analysis. The system also allows for the import of historical visual field data, enabling progression tracking within a unified platform.

Efficiency in examinations is enhanced through intelligent automation features. These include a motorized trial lens holder, automated patient positioning, and an integrated occluder, which reduce manual steps, minimize potential errors, and improve patient comfort and examination accuracy.
