Christianne Kerns will step down as CEO and Managing Partner of Hahn & Hahn LLP on January 1, 2027, with Rita Diaz set to succeed her.
Pasadena-based law firm Hahn & Hahn LLP has confirmed that current CEO and Managing Partner Christianne Kerns will vacate her leadership position on January 1, 2027. The transition follows a formal succession plan established by the firm’s executive leadership.
Rita Diaz, who is designated to assume the roles of Managing Partner and CEO, will take the helm at the beginning of 2027. Kerns is expected to maintain her presence within the organization, continuing to serve her existing client base and retaining a seat on the firm's Executive Committee.
This leadership change marks a significant shift for the Southern California firm, which specializes in business and estate law. While Kerns steps back from daily administrative management, her continued involvement in the Executive Committee suggests an effort to maintain institutional stability during the transition period.
