Hai Robotics Seeks Hong Kong Listing With Automated Warehouse Solutions

Chinese warehouse automation company Hai Robotics is preparing for a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company has submitted a refreshed application, showcasing its solutions aimed at enhancing warehouse operations and increasing capacity.

Hai Robotics specializes in compact, autonomous robots that retrieve individual bins from warehouse racks and deliver them to workstations. The company has also developed robots capable of climbing storage racks, enabling more efficient utilization of vertical space. This "goods-to-person" automation model reduces the need for workers to travel long distances within the warehouse, improves picking speeds, and frees up floor space.

According to the company, its technology allows for narrower aisles and warehouse reorganization, significantly boosting storage capacity and reducing errors. Hai Robotics' systems are powered by its proprietary HaiQ software, which coordinates robot operations, inventory management, and task execution.

Founded in 2016, Hai Robotics reported RMB 2.02 billion in revenue in 2025. The company has experienced strong international growth, with over half of its revenue coming from outside mainland China in the first half of 2026. Hai Robotics aims to expand its global business and solidify its position in the warehouse automation market.
