Handan Qifeng Carbon Co., Ltd., a manufacturer specializing in graphite electrodes, has undertaken a series of strategic investments to enhance its production capabilities since its founding in 1999.
The company began by establishing a graphite electrode plant in 1999. The following year, in 2000, Handan Qifeng Carbon acquired a fleet of over 10 group mechanic machines to bolster its manufacturing operations.
Further expansions included the construction of a new 18-room ring baking furnace in 2007. By 2014, the company had installed a 20000 KVA LWG graphitization furnace. In 2015, new environmental production machines were purchased, followed by the construction of a 24-can calciner in 2016.
The company continued its capacity growth with the addition of a large warehouse for graphite electrodes and CPC (calcined petroleum coke) in 2017. By 2018, Handan Qifeng Carbon reported that its products were well-received by steel factories worldwide. In 2019, the company invested in modern crushing and screening equipment.
As of 2020, Handan Qifeng Carbon indicates it possesses substantial experience in the production and sale of graphite electrodes (GE) and carbon additives, serving the global steel industry.
