Chinese technology company Han's Laser has issued a performance forecast for the first half of 2026, projecting a significant increase in net profit. The company anticipates that the net profit attributable to the parent company will range from 1.25 billion to 1.35 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 156.07% to 176.55%.

The forecast indicates strong operational performance, with profit after non-recurring items expected to be between 1.35 billion and 1.45 billion yuan, a substantial rise of 417.12% to 455.42%. This projection appears to exceed prior analyst expectations. The growth is significantly driven by increased demand for the company's high-value products, particularly in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) sector, fueled by the large-scale deployment of AI servers and high-speed network switches.

Han's Laser reported that overall operating revenue is expected to grow by more than 100% in the first half of 2026. The consumer electronics segment saw a strong rebound, with revenue growing approximately 180% in the first half. Other segments also contributed positively, with lithium battery equipment revenue up about 45%, semiconductor and related equipment revenue up about 40%, and general industrial laser processing equipment sales up around 30% for the small power segment.

The company stated that there are no significant uncertainties impacting this performance forecast. Han's Laser anticipates potential margin improvements in the PCB sector as equipment delivery and commissioning for new customer factories progress. Detailed financial data will be disclosed in the company's official interim report for 2026.
