Hanshow and Microsoft Deepen Partnership for Smart Retail Innovation
Digital store solutions provider Hanshow has signed a strategic partner agreement with Microsoft. The agreement will enhance collaboration on cloud services and AI for retail digitalization.

Hanshow, a global provider of digital store solutions, has entered into a strategic partner agreement with Microsoft. The signing ceremony took place at Microsoft's Executive Briefing Center in Redmond, Washington, signifying an advancement in the companies' ongoing collaboration aimed at accelerating retail digitalization.
The agreement is set to deepen joint efforts in areas including Store Digital Twin technology, Microsoft Azure cloud services, and collaborative go-to-market initiatives. The companies aim to assist retailers in connecting physical store intelligence with secure, scalable cloud capabilities, fostering more responsive and intelligent store operations while improving the customer experience.
Hanshow and Microsoft's partnership has evolved significantly since Hanshow joined Microsoft's AI & IoT Insider Lab in 2019. Their collaboration has moved from large-scale IoT and SaaS deployments to AI-driven innovations tailored for physical retail. To date, over 200 million Hanshow electronic shelf labels are supported by Azure, with several co-sell solutions available through the Microsoft ecosystem.
Most recently, the companies launched xPilot, an AI assistant for real-time store operations, built upon Hanshow's Store Digital Twin and Azure capabilities. xPilot is designed to help retailers translate in-store insights into faster decision-making, streamlined workflows, and measurable operational impact.
Moving forward, Hanshow and Microsoft will continue to strengthen their collaboration in cloud-enabled retail innovation, ecosystem development, and global customer engagement. This partnership seeks to equip retailers with enhanced technological foundations and greater operational agility.
