Harald Kokelkoren Appointed CEO of Patria's ILIAS Solutions
Harald Kokelkoren will assume the role of CEO of ILIAS Solutions, part of Patria Group, effective July 1, 2026. He succeeds Jean-Pierre Wildschut, who will transition to an advisory role.
Leadership Change at ILIAS Solutions
Harald Kokelkoren is set to become the new Chief Executive Officer of ILIAS Solutions (ILIAS), a subsidiary of Patria Group, starting July 1, 2026. He will take over from Jean-Pierre Wildschut, who is stepping down from the CEO position. Wildschut will remain with the company as an advisor until the end of 2026.
Kokelkoren brings extensive experience from military, consulting, and technology sectors. He joined ILIAS in 2015 and has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction and growth. Wildschut has led ILIAS Solutions for two decades, focusing on corporate strategy and technology-driven transformation.
Patria acquired ILIAS Solutions in September 2025. This move aimed to enhance Patria's digital services and improve fleet performance management throughout the lifecycle of its customers' assets. ILIAS Solutions operates offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, the United States, Denmark, and Australia.
Pekka Ruutu, Patria's Executive Vice President of Sustainment Solutions, thanked Wildschut for his contributions and expressed confidence in Kokelkoren's leadership.
