Applications are now open for the next cohort of the Harambeans program, an initiative focused on gathering African innovators committed to "working together as one" to unlock the continent’s potential. The program seeks entrepreneurs dedicated to shaping Africa’s future.
Founded in 2011, Harambeans describes itself as an "alliance of determined entrepreneurs who are building Africa’s future" and "visionaries transforming Africa’s challenges into opportunities." The program emphasizes collaboration among its members to drive progress.
Over the past decade, Harambeans has supported several notable tech ventures, including Andela, Flutterwave, and Yoco. Collectively, these companies have generated over 3,000 jobs and raised more than $1 billion USD in funding from investors such as Google Ventures and Accel.
Harambeans receives over 3,000 applications annually for a limited class size of 30 participants. The application window closes on October 31.
