Harris Poll: 98% of Employers Satisfied with University of Phoenix Graduates

A new Harris Poll survey commissioned by the University of Phoenix reveals that 98% of managers who supervise University of Phoenix graduates are satisfied with their job performance. Furthermore, 97% of these managers stated they would likely hire someone with a University of Phoenix degree in the future.

The survey included 1,000 U.S. managers and recruiters who are directly responsible for the performance of employees on their teams. The research was conducted as an online survey in September 2026.

On average, 97% of managers reported satisfaction with the performance of employees who graduated from the University of Phoenix. The majority also expressed satisfaction with the graduates' employability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The findings suggest that employers value University of Phoenix alumni and consider them qualified candidates in the workforce. The university has focused on enhancing its degree programs and support services to align with employer needs.
