HARTING appoints Chief Technology Officer
Christian Gysin began his role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at HARTING Technology Group on March 1, 2026. He brings extensive experience in technology and leadership roles.
Espelkamp, Germany – HARTING Technology Group has appointed Christian Gysin as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Gysin assumed his position on March 1, 2026.
Gysin possesses a comprehensive background in the technology sector, having held various management positions throughout his career. He began his professional journey in 1990 at Endress + Hauser Flowtec AG. Subsequently, he served in different leadership capacities at ABB in Switzerland and at Basler Zeitung Medien AG.
In 2010, Gysin took charge of the technical department at Multi-Contact AG (now Stäubli International AG) and led the company's global engineering operations from 2016 onwards. Prior to joining HARTING, he had a long tenure at Stäubli International AG, most recently serving as CTO of the Electrical Connectors Division from 2021. His broad experience in international technology and management is expected to bolster HARTING's strategic development and innovation efforts.
