HARTING Management Sets Future Course at International Meeting

HARTING Technologiegruppe held its annual International Management Meeting (IMM) in Espelkamp on March 14, 2025, bringing together managers from across the globe to plan the company's future.

The meeting operated under the theme "Pioneering Culture and Mindset - in all we do," with key discussions centering on advancing the All Electric Society through HARTING's innovations and the company's ongoing globalization. The aim is to further develop HARTING's organization and culture to ensure its future resilience in a complex global landscape.

Despite challenging global market conditions, HARTING reported a turnover of 940 million euros in the last financial year. This performance, while showing a single-digit decline compared to the record year of 2022/2023, exceeded market expectations and demonstrated the company's robust positioning.

CEO Philip Harting stated that the course for sustainable growth and innovation has been set. He emphasized that the combination of global presence and local expertise is crucial for mastering future challenges.
