HARTING Sells Subsidiary HARTING Systems GmbH to TMP Beteiligungsgesellschaft

The HARTING Technologiegruppe announced the sale of its subsidiary, HARTING Systems GmbH, to TMP Beteiligungsgesellschaft. The divested unit specializes in automated and digitized checkout zones and merchandise dispensers.

Following the transaction's conclusion, all shares of HARTING Systems GmbH will be transferred to the new owners. This move allows HARTING Technologiegruppe to sharpen its focus on its core business of industrial connectivity and pursue its international growth strategy.

Philip Harting, CEO of HARTING Technologiegruppe, expressed satisfaction with the outcome, stating that a suitable partner was found for the employees and customers. He believes TMP is a competent partner for sustainable development, and with new Managing Director Dr. Christoph Barth, the company is well-positioned for future growth.

Dr. Christoph Barth, designated Managing Director of the new HARTING Systems GmbH, is enthusiastic about contributing his management experience to the company's sustainable business development. HARTING Technologiegruppe will serve as a service partner to HARTING Systems GmbH during a transition period. The purchase price was not disclosed.
