ESCHWEGE – HARTING Technologiegruppe has celebrated the graduation of 29 young professionals. The company personally presented certificates to graduates from the winter and summer terms of 2025/2026 at the HARTING Forum.

The graduates qualified in a wide range of fields, including foundry and machining mechanics, commercial professions, and dual study programs in mechatronics, business informatics, and digital logistics.

Four graduates received special recognition. HARTING honored Jan Föll (industrial clerk), Lena Hartlieb (industrial clerk), and Timo Kassen (Bachelor of Engineering, Digital Logistics) as the best in their respective year groups. Kassen was the first to complete HARTING's practice-integrated dual study program in digital logistics at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences with a grade of 1.8. Luis Reich (electronics for devices and systems) was also recognized regionally by IHK OWL as one of the best graduates.

Fabian Wedel (electronics for devices and systems) was added to the company's "Wall of Fame" for top apprentices. Company leaders encouraged the young professionals to trust their abilities and to embrace new challenges, emphasizing continuous development for future opportunities.
