Harvard Lampoon Publishes Hollywood Parody Issue

The Harvard Lampoon, a student humor publication, has released a special issue parodying the entertainment industry. The publication partnered with The Hollywood Reporter for the issue, which features a cover image of a robotic Marilyn Monroe.

Notable figures and productions from Hollywood are satirized within the issue. This includes parodies related to actors such as Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, and Leonardo DiCaprio, as well as the television show "Euphoria." Director Christopher Nolan and actor Brad Pitt are also reportedly featured.

The release coincides with The Harvard Lampoon's 150th anniversary. The publication, known for its satirical take on current events and cultural trends, is staffed by students who, on average, are around 19.5 years old, contrasting with the long history of the publication itself.

The collaboration with The Hollywood Reporter integrates the student publication with a prominent industry trade magazine, highlighting a unique intersection of academic humor and professional entertainment commentary.
