Haver & Boecker and Hosokawa Alpine Launch NEXOPART Joint Venture

Haver & Boecker OHG and Hosokawa Alpine have established a new joint venture company, NEXOPART, effective April 1, 2023. This venture integrates the laboratory product lines of both companies into a single entity, aiming to provide a comprehensive portfolio for particle analysis.

The newly formed company focuses on simplifying laboratory operations by offering a cohesive range of products. Hosokawa Alpine's expertise in air jet sieving for fine powders complements Haver & Boecker's long-standing experience in conventional sieve analysis and wire mesh technology.

NEXOPART benefits from Hosokawa Alpine's 60 years of leadership in air jet sieving technology and Haver & Boecker's 130 years in wire mesh manufacturing and over 80 years in particle analysis systems. This combined knowledge base is intended to ensure expertise and consistent support for customers.

The venture will offer a broad spectrum of analytical equipment, including sample splitters, sieve shakers, and image analysis systems. NEXOPART aims to serve as a unified source for laboratories engaged in particle characterization and related measurement processes.
