Haver & Boecker Maschinenfabrik, in collaboration with BEHN + BATES, has launched a new, customized webshop service for ordering spare parts. This service provides customers with continuous, 24/7 access to high-quality original parts.
The webshop is configured exclusively for each customer, integrating project-specific information such as technical documentation and exploded views of packing machines directly onto the platform. This allows for straightforward identification and online ordering of needed components with just a few clicks.
The new system offers full transparency regarding parts availability and pricing, which facilitates precise scheduling and speeds up the purchasing process. A bidirectional link between parts lists and drawings simplifies part identification, ensuring customers select the correct components and minimizing potential delays or downtime.
André Drinkuth, Spare Parts Sales Manager at Haver & Boecker, stated that the webshop offers an innovative, tailored solution for ordering spare parts around the clock while ensuring OEM quality. Product Manager Marvin Bußmann added that user-friendliness is a top priority. The company is currently offering a 3% discount on all orders placed through the webshop.
