Haver & Boecker Marks 20 Years of ADAMS® Technology in ROTO-PACKER® RS
Oelde, Germany – Haver & Boecker is celebrating 20 years of its ADAMS® technology powering the ROTO-PACKER® RS packing machine, which features a fully enclosed form-fill-seal process.

German company Haver & Boecker OHG is marking the 20th anniversary of its ADAMS® technology. First introduced in 2005, the technology is at the core of the company's ROTO-PACKER® RS rotary packing machine, offering the industry's first and only fully enclosed form-fill-seal (FFS) packing process.
The ADAMS® technology within the ROTO-PACKER® RS is designed to reduce product loss, improve weight accuracy, and decrease energy consumption compared to traditional systems. The fully enclosed process minimizes dust emissions and protects the product from environmental factors, crucial for industries like cement, building materials, food, and chemicals.
The machine can pack between 400 to 1,200 bags per hour, with its compact design saving space on the packing line. Depending on the model, the machine utilizes either a turbine-based (RST) or air-based (RSL) filling module, both reducing energy consumption by over 50% compared to conventional methods.
New integrated QUAT²RO® AI systems, such as bag correctness verification and bag burst detection during filling, further enhance process reliability and safety. Haver & Boecker also provides comprehensive services and customization options to optimize machine performance.
