Haver & Boecker Machinery Division and its technology brands presented an integrated packaging line featuring automatic control and digital solutions.
Münster, Germany – Haver & Boecker Machinery Division, along with its technology brands, showcased its new packaging solutions at the Interpack 2023 trade fair in Düsseldorf from May 4 to 10.
The company presented a fully automated packaging line where the control is based on the material being packed. The line included a new depalletizer, a bag applicator equipped with a scanner, and a high-speed rotating packer. This solution aims to enhance efficiency and ensure smooth packaging processes across various industries.
The line's key innovation is its ability to automatically adapt to different bag types and products. By scanning an empty bag, the system identifies necessary information, such as product type and bag design, after which the packaging line's components adjust automatically. This reduces the potential for errors and ensures consistent quality.
Haver & Boecker and its subsidiaries, including BEHN + BATES, AVENTUS, Feige FILLING, NEWTEC BAG PALLETIZING, and QUAT²RO, offer solutions for multiple stages of material handling, including filling, packing, and palletizing. The company also emphasized the importance of digital systems, such as the QUAT²RO system, for improving process monitoring and analysis.
