This initiative aims to assist customers in discovering suitable wines more efficiently while improving the operational effectiveness of its digital sales channels.

Traditionally, selecting wine often involves expert advice in specialty stores. The new technology seeks to replicate this guidance in the online retail environment. The system leverages data on product offerings, purchasing behavior, and customer preferences to generate personalized recommendations.

Central to this project is the GK AIR Personalization solution, which integrates intelligent product suggestions, cross-channel relevance management, and data-driven decision-making throughout the digital customer journey. This technology enables customers to find wines tailored to their interests, behavior, and individual preferences more quickly and easily.
