HCLSoftware to acquire Robotiq.ai to enhance enterprise automation
HCLSoftware has announced its intent to acquire Robotiq.ai, a provider of enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The deal will expand HCL UnO Agentic's automation capabilities.
SANTA CLARA, Calif. – HCLSoftware, the software business division of HCLTech, announced its intent to acquire Robotiq.ai, a provider of enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform solutions based in Zagreb, Croatia. The acquisition is expected to strengthen HCL UnO Agentic's capabilities in automating tasks within complex business environments.
HCLSoftware states that enterprises are increasingly seeking AI systems that can reliably execute tasks in real-world business applications. Robotiq.ai's technology is set to complement HCLSoftware's offerings by adding RPA functionalities. This will enable AI-driven workflows to automate tasks in applications lacking sufficient APIs, thereby extending HCL UnO Agentic's orchestration capabilities from decision-making to execution.
Robotiq.ai's platform is currently deployed by several major banks, insurance companies, and telecommunications providers. The company highlights the platform's ISO-certified security measures, audit logs, and flexible deployment options, which ensure its reliability and safety for enterprise use.
