HCLSoftware, the software division of HCLTech, has announced its intention to acquire Robotiq.ai, a Zagreb-based company specializing in enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The move is expected to bolster HCLUnO Agentic's ability to orchestrate AI agents and enterprise applications.
The acquisition addresses a growing demand for AI systems that can perform tasks reliably within complex business environments. Robotiq.ai's RPA capabilities will allow AI-driven workflows to automate tasks in applications where APIs are unavailable or insufficient, extending HCLUnO Agentic's orchestration from decision-making to execution.
Robotiq.ai's platform is utilized by major banks, insurance groups, and telecommunication providers. It features ISO-certified security, audit logs, and flexible deployment options, positioning it as a secure and dependable solution for enterprise use.
The acquisition is anticipated to close in November 2026. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
