Facilities planned for the hotel feature a restaurant, bar, outdoor pool, and fitness center, designed to support the region's tourism and entertainment offerings.
Shelbyville Mayor Tom DeCoursey stated that the project represents a significant addition to the local economy and tourism landscape. HCW has a history of developing and managing various hotels and properties across the United States.
