HDFC Bank Investors Face October 13 Deadline for Securities Class Action
Bernstein Liebhard LLP is reminding HDFC Bank Limited investors of the October 13 deadline to join a securities fraud class action lawsuit.
Bernstein Liebhard LLP, a nationally acclaimed investor rights law firm, has notified investors in HDFC Bank Limited (“HDFC” or the “Company”) (NYSE: HDB) of the October 13, 2026 deadline to join a securities fraud class action lawsuit commenced against the Company.
The lawsuit alleges that HDFC Bank and certain of its senior officers made materially false and misleading statements and omissions regarding the Company’s business operations, growth prospects, and financial stability. These alleged misrepresentations caused HDFC securities to trade at artificially inflated prices during the class period.
Investors who purchased or acquired HDFC Bank securities between July 17, 2023, and May 26, 2026, inclusive, and suffered losses may be eligible to participate. The firm asserts that when the truth was disclosed, investors allegedly suffered significant losses.
Individuals wishing to serve as lead plaintiff for the class must file their papers with the court by October 13, 2026. Bernstein Liebhard LLP is representing investors on a contingency fee basis, meaning clients pay no fees or expenses out of pocket.
