Healthtech firm Clinics On Cloud secures $12.5 million Series A funding

Clinics On Cloud, an India-based firm specializing in automated health screening, has secured $12.5 million in Series A funding from Dubai-based platform Model42. The investment is intended to bolster the company’s AI development and expand its microclinic footprint.

Founded in 2018, the company manufactures "Health ATMs"—compact stations that integrate medical devices, telemedicine capabilities, and AI-driven health insights. The company also maintains a portfolio of mobile medical units and dedicated health lounges designed for remote or high-traffic areas.

Led by CEO Abhay Agarwal, the firm aims to use the new capital to transition toward a global operational model, utilizing the UAE as its primary international hub. Future expansion efforts are targeted at markets in the US, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Clinics On Cloud reports that it has facilitated more than 12 million health screenings through 3,500 deployments across eight countries to date.
