Effingham, Ill. – Heartland Dental, a leading dental support organization (DSO), announced on October 2, 2026, the completion of a key transaction with Foundation Dental Partners. This affiliation brings 33 dental practices located across Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Kentucky into Heartland Dental's supported network.
