HELIGOLF offers helicopter strategy meetings from Munich
HELIGOLF has introduced a service enabling executive teams to conduct offsite strategy meetings via helicopter tours over Munich and the Alps. The program combines in-flight discussion with post-flight workshops.
HELIGOLF, a Munich-based helicopter service provider, has launched a new offering designed to enhance executive strategy sessions. The service facilitates offsite meetings by incorporating helicopter flights over the Bavarian capital and the Alps, followed by ground-based workshops. The aim is to boost efficiency and decision-making by moving meetings away from traditional office settings.
The program allows executive teams to engage in strategic discussions, planning, or team building activities during the flight. Participants can communicate via headsets throughout the journey. HELIGOLF operates aircraft such as the Airbus H125 and H135, accommodating up to five passengers, and the larger H145 model for up to eight. Pricing starts at €1,950 per flight.
HELIGOLF emphasizes the importance of setting clear objectives for offsite meetings. The company suggests that a helicopter journey to destinations like Lake Tegernsee or even Kitzbühel, a 29-minute flight from Munich, can replace lengthy travel times. Flights offering views of the Zugspitze and surrounding alpine regions are also available, providing a unique environment for focused work.
The package, named "Münchner Perspektiven – Das Strategie-Meeting in der Luft" (Munich Perspectives – The Strategy Meeting in the Air), includes reception at the Taufkirchen heliport near Munich, the scenic flight, and a subsequent workshop or debriefing session, with optional business catering. HELIGOLF also states that all its flights are CO2-compensated. The company provides individual fixed-price quotes for charter flights upon request.
