HELPFUL Partners Mastercard on Instant Payouts for Creators
Payout management platform HELPFUL has partnered with Mastercard to enable creator and music platforms to offer automated, instant, cross-border payouts.

Payout management platform HELPFUL has announced a partnership with Mastercard to streamline global payments for creator and music platforms. The collaboration aims to provide users with automated, instant, and cross-border transaction capabilities.
The integration utilizes Mastercard Send, a service that facilitates secure, near real-time payment transfers to billions of card, bank, and digital accounts worldwide. This allows platforms to pay numerous creators simultaneously with a single click, offering recipients flexibility in how they receive funds, whether via digital wallet, bank account, or card.
This initiative addresses growing challenges within the creator economy, valued at approximately $104.2 billion. Issues such as payment speed, administrative burdens, and high transaction fees have historically hindered creator platforms and their ability to manage global payouts effectively.
"By removing the administrative burden of chasing invoices or blocked payments, it allows their operations and finance teams to focus on the growth of the business instead," said Evan Michaels, Co-founder and CEO of HELPFUL. Darren Deal, Senior Vice President of Business Development at Mastercard, added, "Simple, fast and secure payments can help some of the world’s most exciting new industries to grow."
