Helsinki office building to be converted into rental apartments

Lumo Kodit Oyj has commenced the transformation of an office building into rental apartments and commercial spaces in Helsinki's Kamppi district. The project, initiated in November 2016, targets the property located at Lönnrotinkatu 30, also known as Elias House.

The building will feature a total of 41 non-subsidized rental apartments and two commercial units. This undertaking aims to create high-quality urban living environments. The conversion work is scheduled for completion in December 2017. Lumo Kodit Oyj has previously completed a similar conversion project in Alppila, Helsinki.

The property's location in Kamppi offers excellent public transportation links. A shared car service, with a dedicated parking space in the building's garage, will also be available to residents. Additionally, the facility will include a laundry room, sauna facilities, and bicycle storage.
