Hennick Humber Hospital Selects Sectra Cloud for Improved Radiology Workflows

Sectra, an international medical imaging IT and cybersecurity company, announced it will provide its fully managed, cloud enterprise imaging solution, Sectra One Cloud, to Hennick Humber Hospital (HHH) in Canada. This Software as a Service (SaaS) transition aims to simplify IT operations, optimize imaging workflows, and improve departmental collaboration for enhanced patient care.

MISSISSAUGA, ON – July 14, 2026 – The deployment signifies a strategic investment in the hospital's digital future, building on its status as North America's first fully digital hospital. The move is expected to strengthen security, scalability, and interoperability, supporting clinicians in delivering faster, more consistent, and high-quality diagnostics.

HHH, part of Humber River Health, will implement Sectra One Cloud for its radiology and breast imaging departments. This fully managed service means Sectra will monitor, optimize, and upgrade the solution, reducing the operational burden on the hospital while ensuring high availability and scalability for growing imaging volumes.

The multiyear contract, signed in the first quarter of Sectra's 2026/2027 fiscal year, anticipates an annual volume of over 250,000 imaging exams. The implementation is part of HHH's initiative to bolster its digital infrastructure, further enhance patient safety, and support high-quality diagnostics by providing secure, flexible access to medical imaging data.
