Herman Korsgaard resigns from Mandatum Board following Altor's shareholding sale
Mandatum plc announced that Board member Herman Korsgaard has stepped down from his position, effective immediately. The resignation follows Altor Fund Manager AB's sale of its stake in the company.
Herman Korsgaard, a member of Mandatum plc's Board of Directors, has informed the company of his resignation. The change is effective immediately as of Thursday, August 19, 2026.
Korsgaard had served as the nominated representative of Altor Fund Manager AB (Altor) on Mandatum's Board since 2024. Altor announced on August 17 that it had sold its entire shareholding in Mandatum. As a consequence of this ownership change, Korsgaard decided to leave the board.
His departure was announced via a stock exchange release on Thursday morning.
