Hexagon to Record Gain on Unitree Technologies Shareholding Post-IPO
Hexagon expects to record a gain in its third quarter results from the revaluation of its shareholding in Unitree Technologies following the latter's initial public offering.

Hexagon, the global technology company, anticipates recording a significant gain in its third quarter financial results. This gain stems from the revaluation of its investment in Chinese robotics firm Hangzhou Yushu Technology Co., Ltd, known as Unitree Technologies, which recently completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The company's shareholding amounts to 1.198% of Unitree Technologies' issued share capital. The gain will be calculated based on the closing share price on September 30, 2026. Based on current market prices, the estimated gain is approximately €500 million.
This gain will be recognized as a non-cash Item Affecting Comparability (IAC) in Hexagon's financial accounts. Additionally, the shares are subject to a 12-month lock-up period, commencing from today's date, restricting their sale until that period concludes. The successful IPO of Unitree Technologies highlights the growing investor interest in the robotics sector.
