Hexaware and Factory Partner to Deliver Agent-Native Development to Enterprises
Hexaware Technologies and Factory have partnered to bring agent-native software development to global enterprises, integrating Factory's Droid platform into Hexaware's service ecosystem. The collaboration aims to enhance software modernization and delivery.

Hexaware Technologies, a global IT solutions and services provider, has announced a partnership with Factory to offer agent-native software development to enterprise clients across various sectors, including professional services and banking. The collaboration will integrate Factory's Droid platform into Hexaware's global delivery capabilities.
The partnership intends to assist engineering teams in building, testing, modernizing, and managing software within their existing workflows. Hexaware has already adopted the Droid platform internally as 'Customer Zero' to validate its functionality before client deployment.
This initiative focuses on scaling engineering work through agent-native development. Hexaware will train its delivery teams to deploy and manage Factory Droids, ensuring integration with standard development toolchains like GitHub and Jira. The effort will also cover domain-specific agent configurations for regulated industries, aiming to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Hexaware has reported significant internal gains in software output and a reduction in refactoring time using the Droids. The company views AI as a transformative force in software delivery, enabling faster and more controlled execution of complex development tasks with built-in governance.
