HGGC Invests in Data Virtualization Software Firm Denodo

Private equity firm HGGC announced on June 28, 2017, that it has invested in Denodo, a company in the data virtualization market. Denodo's founder and management team will maintain substantial ownership, with no financial terms of the transaction being revealed. The company focuses on data virtualization technology, which is poised for significant growth in the data integration sector.

Denodo, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, with R&D in A Coruña, Spain, provides a platform for real-time data integration and data services delivery, leveraging its data virtualization technology. Major clients, including Amgen and Vodafone, utilize Denodo's solutions for data management, big data lakes, and information governance.
