H+H International A/S CEO Jörg Brinkmann to Resign; Christian Sieg Appointed Deputy CEO
H+H International A/S announced that CEO Jörg Brinkmann will resign in Q1 2027. Christian Sieg has been appointed Deputy CEO effective immediately and is expected to succeed Brinkmann.
Building materials producer H+H International A/S has announced that CEO Jörg Brinkmann has informed the Board of Directors of his resignation. Brinkmann has served as CEO since October 2022 and is scheduled to leave his position during the first quarter of 2027.
Concurrently, the Board of Directors has appointed Christian Sieg as Deputy CEO, effective immediately. Sieg, who joined H+H in January as Managing Director for Central and Western Europe, is expected to assume the role of CEO upon Brinkmann's departure.
The appointment of Sieg aims to ensure a smooth leadership transition for H+H International A/S as the company prepares for Brinkmann's exit in early 2027. Sieg's previous role as head of Central and Western Europe provides him with significant operational experience within the company.
