H.I.G. Capital Sells Pinalli Beauty Platform to Borletti Group
Investment firm H.I.G. Capital has sold Pinalli, an Italian beauty and personal care platform, to Borletti Group. The transaction is expected to support Pinalli's continued growth and digital development.
H.I.G. Capital announced on October 1, 2026, that one of its affiliates has completed the sale of Pinalli S.r.l. to Borletti Group. Pinalli operates as an omnichannel beauty and personal care platform in Italy.
Since H.I.G. Capital's investment in 2023, Pinalli has expanded its store network from 63 to 108 locations and scaled its e-commerce operations. The company also launched its own private label and broadened its assortment of international brands.
Pinalli has focused on enhancing the customer experience through updated store formats and staff styling concepts. The company reports over one million members in its loyalty program and generated €197 million in revenue in 2025.
Borletti Group, a private investment group with experience in retail and consumer goods, is expected to support Pinalli's future development, including network expansion and digital capabilities.
