High Profile Cannabis Opens Third Kentucky Dispensary in Lexington

C3 Industries has opened its third High Profile Cannabis dispensary in Kentucky, establishing a new location in Lexington near Fayette Mall. This store, situated at 130 W. Tiverton Way, aims to provide registered patients and caregivers with accessible options for medical cannabis, including both in-store shopping and a drive-thru service.

The dispensary's placement along the Nicholasville Road corridor is designed for convenience, serving patients in south Lexington and surrounding counties like Jessamine and Woodford. This expansion comes as Kentucky's medical cannabis program grows, with nearly 27,600 active medical cardholders reported as of late September 2026.

"Medical patients shop with a purpose," said Jason Berkenstock, Regional Vice President at C3 Industries. He emphasized the importance of trained staff to guide patients and a comprehensive selection of products from Kentucky's cultivators. Berkenstock stated the company's goal is to be the preferred choice for returning customers.

The Lexington High Profile store offers a range of medical cannabis products, including flower, edibles, and oils, sourced from licensed cultivators within Kentucky. Patients can choose to shop in person, utilize express checkout, or pick up online pre-orders via the in-store or drive-thru options.

C3 Industries also promotes its "High Rollers Rewards" loyalty program, which allows members to earn points on purchases and access member-exclusive promotions. The company highlighted that the local store team consists of residents trained to assist patients with their specific needs.
