HighCo Mediacosmos Publishes General Purchase Terms
HighCo Mediacosmos has issued its general purchase terms, effective January 1, 2023. These terms govern all orders for products and services placed by HighCo Mediacosmos.
Paris-based HighCo Mediacosmos has published its official general purchase terms (CGA), effective as of January 1, 2023. The terms detail the relationship between HighCo Mediacosmos and its suppliers for all product and service orders.
According to the purchasing terms, all orders must be made in writing. Suppliers have a 48-hour window to accept or reject an order, after which the order becomes void. Orders can be modified or canceled by HighCo Mediacosmos prior to supplier acceptance. Post-acceptance, changes and cancellations will be handled in good faith, with the supplier entitled to compensation for actual costs incurred.
The terms stipulate that HighCo Mediacosmos and the supplier are independent legal entities, with no subordination between them. Suppliers are not authorized to enter into any commitments on behalf of HighCo Mediacosmos without explicit approval and must avoid any confusion with third parties.
The supplier is obligated to adhere to the order's specifications, including deadlines, product characteristics, and service execution. A two-year warranty on products applies from the date of receipt. Furthermore, products and services must comply with applicable French regulations. Any changes to manufacturing processes or supply sources must be submitted to HighCo Mediacosmos for prior approval.
