HighCo publishes general terms and conditions of purchase
HighCo has published its new general terms and conditions of purchase (CGA), effective January 1, 2023. These terms govern all product and service orders placed by the company.

HighCo has released its updated general terms and conditions of purchase (Conditions Générales d’Achat, CGA), applicable from January 1, 2023. These terms will guide all product and service orders issued by the company, superseding any supplier-specific terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The new conditions allow HighCo to modify its CGA at any time, with updated versions applying only to new orders placed thereafter. Suppliers have a 48-hour window to accept or reject a written order; failure to respond results in the order becoming void. Orders can be amended or cancelled by HighCo before supplier acceptance. Post-acceptance, suppliers are expected to accommodate modification or cancellation requests in good faith, with HighCo liable only for documented, actual costs incurred by the supplier.
Suppliers are obligated to adhere to all order specifications, including deadlines, product and service characteristics, and delivery details. A two-year warranty is in place for product conformity to approved samples and compliance with French regulations from the date of receipt. Any changes to manufacturing processes or supply sources must be communicated to HighCo for prior approval.
The CGA also stipulates the independent legal status of both supplier and HighCo, excluding any employer-employee relationship or subcontracting without explicit consent. Suppliers are prohibited from entering into agreements with third parties on behalf of HighCo without written authorization and may not transfer their contractual obligations to another entity without HighCo's prior written consent.
