Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown has completed the first phase of a property-wide enhancement, focusing on its guestrooms, public hallways, and fitness center. The renovation introduces refreshed accommodations designed to elevate comfort and style for travelers.

The 222-room hotel, situated in downtown Seattle near the Seattle Convention Center and Amazon's campus, has updated its rooms with new coverings and carpeting for a brighter, more contemporary feel. The hotel is also LEED Gold-certified, indicating a commitment to sustainable operations.

"Our goal was to modernize the guest experience in a way that guests feel immediately," said General Manager Rachel Blake. "The new look and feel of our guestrooms and corridors bring a fresh energy to the hotel and reflect what today's travelers want most — comfort, clean design, and a stay that feels both reliable and revitalized."

Future phases of the renovation will include upgrades to the lobby and meeting spaces. Thorsten Purkus of Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, the hotel's owner, stated that the phased approach allows for thoughtful investment, starting with the core guest experience. This investment underscores confidence in the hotel's location and long-term potential in Seattle's market.
