HiringThing Launches MCP Server for AI-Powered Hiring Workflows
HiringThing has released a new MCP server, enabling AI assistants to integrate with its recruitment platform. The solution aims to accelerate the creation of custom applications and reports.

HiringThing, a provider of white-label applicant tracking software, has launched the HiringThing MCP server. This new server makes its recruitment platform accessible to any MCP-compatible AI agent, allowing the use of assistants like Claude and ChatGPT directly within the hiring system.
The new server allows teams to connect their AI assistants to the HiringThing platform using a single URL and credential pair. This enables the creation of custom hiring applications and reports, as well as integrations with other tools, without traditional coding. The setup process is reported to take approximately five minutes.
According to CTO Alex Luke, the shift in how people work is moving from clicking through interfaces to leveraging AI agents. The MCP server builds on HiringThing's existing API, facilitating the integration of AI agents without delays or new permissions.
The HiringThing MCP server is now available to HiringThing partners and Pro-plan customers. The company also offers its solutions to PEOs and vertical SaaS providers, for whom it is increasingly important to offer tools their agents can utilize.
