QINGDAO, China – Hisense, a global consumer electronics and home appliance brand, has launched its PureSmart Duo refrigerator series, designed to function as intelligent kitchen centers. The products aim to integrate technology, cooking, and social interaction under the company's "Innovating a Brighter Life" vision.
The series expands on Hisense's AI Companion Suite, initially showcased at IFA 2026. Utilizing the ConnectLife platform, the PureSmart Duo aims to connect people, appliances, and experiences, making artificial intelligence a more seamless part of daily life. The "Social Kitchen" concept seeks to turn the kitchen into a space where technology supports meal preparation and fosters connection among family and friends.
One PureSmart Duo model features a 611-liter capacity four-door refrigerator with an integrated 21-inch smart display. It includes an ice and water dispenser with UV water purification and offers entertainment streaming via the VIDDA platform. The intention is for the refrigerator to serve as an entertainment hub during cooking or social gatherings.
Hisense emphasizes that the AI Companion Suite focuses on creating warmer relationships through technology. The PureSmart Duo refrigerators are intended to promote social interaction and make the kitchen a natural gathering place.
