Hisense Releases A10 Series E-Ink Smartphones
Hisense has launched its new A10 series of smartphones featuring e-ink displays. The devices start at 2799 Chinese yuan and offer 5G connectivity, with an optional magnetic LCD back panel.
Chinese technology firm Hisense has introduced its A10 series of smartphones, distinguished by their e-ink displays. The lineup includes the A10 Pro and A10 Ultra models, with prices beginning at 2799 yuan (approximately $385 USD).
The smartphones feature a 6.13-inch Carta1300 e-ink screen with a resolution of 1648x824 pixels and 256 grayscale levels. The devices are equipped with adjustable front lighting and support 5G connectivity powered by a Qualcomm 6690 processor. The battery capacity is 4000mAh, supporting 18W wired and 15W wireless charging.
The A10 Ultra model includes an additional 4.96-inch LCD display that attaches magnetically. This secondary screen is intended to enhance device functionality, such as for reading e-books or viewing notifications. The phones operate on Android 16 and include support for NFC and infrared remote control features.
