HiTHIUM Reaches 200 GWh in Energy Storage Shipments

Chongqing, China – HiTHIUM, an energy storage technology company, announced on October 15, 2026, that its cumulative shipments have exceeded 200 gigawatt-hours (GWh). This marks a significant acceleration, as the company had surpassed the 100 GWh mark just a year prior, in August 2025.

The substantial increase in shipments reflects what HiTHIUM describes as strong market recognition for its integrated energy storage solutions. The company has focused on building strengths in cost leadership, service, and product safety and reliability. HiTHIUM has seen its global ranking rise, moving from fifth in 2023 to second globally by 2025 and the first half of 2026.

Jason Wang, HiTHIUM Co-founder and CEO, stated that reaching the 200 GWh milestone serves as a new starting point for the company's global development. He emphasized the importance of long-duration energy storage (LDES) solutions and their role in future power systems. HiTHIUM's Chongqing manufacturing base, recognized as the world's first lighthouse factory for energy storage batteries, supports supply chain collaboration and scalable production.

Wang highlighted that the energy storage industry's competition is shifting from individual products to integrated capabilities across the entire value chain. HiTHIUM aims to enhance its competitiveness through innovation, systems development, and corporate responsibility, focusing on advancing green energy and supporting sustainable development globally.
