Hitron and Airties Launch Connectivity Platform for Small Businesses
Hitron Technologies and Airties have partnered to provide internet service providers with a tailored connectivity solution aimed at the small and medium-sized business market.
Centennial, Colo. and Paris, France – Hitron Technologies and Airties have announced a new strategic relationship designed to help internet service providers (ISPs) address the underserved small and medium-sized business (SMB) segment. The joint solution pairs Hitron's high-performance SMB gateways with Airties Pro software, a platform aimed at improving the connectivity experience.
The offering seeks to bridge the market gap between residential broadband and enterprise-grade systems by providing critical business features such as security, reliability, and manageability. Traditional solutions either lack the enterprise-level security and continuity required by SMBs or are too costly and complex for smaller deployments.
Through this partnership, ISPs can offer tailored connectivity services to SMBs. These services can increase average monthly revenue per user (ARPU) compared to residential offerings due to added business-critical features, while remote monitoring and troubleshooting are expected to lower service costs. Several service providers are reportedly already working with the joint solution.
Hitron and Airties are set to showcase their combined platform at the SCTE TechExpo26 event in Atlanta, running from September 29 to October 1. The expo focuses on advancements in connectivity technology.
