HKC launches 100-inch 6K Mini LED television
Chinese display manufacturer HKC has unveiled a 100-inch television featuring 6K resolution and RGB Mini LED technology.
HKC has officially announced the launch of a new 100-inch television panel utilizing 6K resolution (5760×3240). The device distinguishes itself through its RGB Mini LED architecture, which incorporates 3,024 independent dimming zones to manage light output.
According to the company, the display achieves a peak brightness of 1,500 nits and supports 100% of the BT.2020 color gamut. The panel is finished with anti-glare (AG) glass, intended to minimize reflections in brightly lit environments.
While the company has confirmed the screen size and resolution, several technical specifications remain undisclosed. HKC has yet to provide information regarding the unit's refresh rate or availability timelines. The release follows a broader industry trend among television manufacturers to push screen sizes and resolutions beyond the standard 4K baseline.
