Chinese display manufacturer HKC has launched its "Shendun 25Q360B" 24.5-inch gaming monitor. The display is priced at 2221 yuan (approximately $304 USD), with some regions seeing a price as low as 1999 yuan (approximately $274 USD) after government subsidies.

The monitor features a 2560x1440 resolution and a 360Hz refresh rate. It utilizes a 1152-zone QD-Mini LED backlight with a Fast IPS panel, offering a 1ms GtG response time. The HDR peak brightness reaches 1400 nits, with a contrast ratio of 300,000:1. The display covers 98.5% of the DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB color gamuts, and 100% of sRGB, with factory calibration to a Delta E ≤ 2.

HKC has developed its proprietary DIC 2.0 technology to combat motion blur and ghosting, combining Mini LED local dimming with black frame insertion. The monitor also supports various HDR and VRR compatible modes.

Connectivity includes DP 2.1 (54Gbps, supporting 2K 360Hz without DSC), two HDMI 2.1 ports, and a full-function USB-C port that supports 90W power delivery and 2K 360Hz transmission without DSC. A built-in KVM module allows a single keyboard and mouse to control two signal sources.

The monitor also incorporates gaming-specific features such as intelligent light sensing for automatic brightness and color temperature adjustment, a rapid wake-up function from sleep mode, multiple aspect ratio controls (16:9, 4:3, 16:10), and AI-assisted anti-flicker technology. The ergonomic stand supports height, swivel, and tilt adjustments, and the display is VESA mount compatible.
