HKScan Corporation's name change, decided by the Annual General Meeting, has been registered in the Trade Register. The new name is HKFoods Plc.
HKScan Corporation has officially changed its name to HKFoods Plc. The decision for the name change, made by the Annual General Meeting on April 18, 2024, was registered in the Trade Register on May 24, 2024.
Following the name alteration, the company's trading symbol on Nasdaq Helsinki will change to HKFOODS. This change will become effective on the stock exchange on May 27, 2024. The company's ISIN code and Business ID remain unchanged.
The new name and associated branding elements, including the logo and website, will be introduced in stages starting May 27. Other contact details for the company and its personnel, such as phone numbers and addresses, will remain the same.
HKFoods Plc functions as the parent company of the HKFoods Group. Its main subsidiaries include HKScan Finland Oy in Finland, HKScan Denmark A/S in Denmark, and HKScan Poland Sp. z o.o. in Poland. The official names of these subsidiaries will be updated in the coming months.
