HMS Networks has officially integrated the PEAK product brand into its corporate visual identity, marking a significant step following the acquisition of PEAK-System Technik GmbH in fall 2024. The change, effective early 2026, aims to provide clear direction and continuity for customers and partners, assuring them that PEAK's core values, products, and existing contacts remain the same.

The updated branding shifts PEAK's visual design to align with HMS Networks' established blue and white color scheme, moving away from the previous red and black. The PEAK logo retains its distinct outline but now includes the suffix "by HMS Networks," explicitly linking it to the broader HMS group. This aims to leverage the strength of the HMS brand while maintaining PEAK's identity.

According to HMS Networks, this visual integration is a natural progression from the 2024 acquisition. PEAK has already gained access to global development resources and expertise from HMS, along with financial stability. Simultaneously, customers benefit from HMS's worldwide sales and service network, improving access to PEAK products and other HMS solutions.

"A unified brand appearance helps customers find their way faster and understand connections more clearly and intuitively," stated Christian Adolph, Director Marketing, Business Development & Technical Support. He added that the visual integration signifies a strong brand with its own identity, embedded within a group that represents reliability and long-term commitment.
