HMS Networks posts record quarterly revenue of SEK 1 billion

HMS Networks surpassed SEK 1 billion in quarterly sales for the first time, driven by strong industrial demand. Rising component costs and new trade tariffs, however, continue to pressure margins.

1 November 2026

HMS Networks reported third-quarter net sales of SEK 1,024 million, a 15% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Order intake rose 29% to SEK 1,104 million, marking a period of expansion fueled by investments in data centers and the semiconductor sector.

The company achieved an EBITA of SEK 280 million, representing a 27.4% margin. Despite the top-line growth, management noted that supply chain costs—specifically rising prices for printed circuit boards and memory components—along with new tariffs between North American markets, have impacted profitability. In response, HMS Networks plans to implement price increases for customers effective January 1, 2027.

Regionally, Asia stood out with over 40% organic order growth, while European markets showed continued recovery. The company remains active in its acquisition strategy, recently launching a public tender offer for Spanish automation provider Robot S.A. to bolster its offerings in the building technology sector.
