Earlier updates from May include notifications regarding changes in the total number of shares on May 29, and the completion of a share buyback program announced on May 28. The company also disclosed details on the repurchase of shares on May 18.
The company's first-quarter 2026 interim report was released on April 28. Holmen had previously convened a press and analyst conference on April 7. The Annual General Meeting for 2026 took place on March 30.
